My dog loves the jerky!

I ordered the Joyful Jerky treats for my golden retriever and he went absolutely crazy for them! They arrived super fast, like 3 days to Florida! I love that they're human-grade ingredients. Such a great product. I'm definitely getting these again, and probably trying some of their other stuff too!

Great value on first order

I was looking for a healthier option for my senior dog and found The Honest Kitchen. I got the Senior Dog Food, and with the first order discount, it was a really good deal. I felt like I was getting premium food without breaking the bank. My dog is a bit picky but he's been eating this without issues. Definitely worth the price I paid.

Detailed experience with cat food

My cat has a sensitive stomach, so I decided to try the Grain Free Dehydrated Cat Food. Ordering was straightforward on their website. It shipped out the next day, but then took 6 business days to arrive in New York. The product itself came well-packaged. Preparing it was simple, just adding warm water. My cat, Mittens, usually turns her nose up at new foods, but she actually ate this. I noticed her fur seems a bit shinier after a couple of weeks, and she hasn't had any digestive issues. It's a bit more work than just scooping kibble, but the quality makes it worth it for her health.

Good stuff for my pup

I got some of the Dehydrated Whole Grain Dog Food for my pug, Leo, last week. He really seems to like it! Mixing it up was easy, just added water. Delivery took about 4 days to get here in Texas, which is pretty normal. Overall, happy with it.

Decent food, could be faster

I ordered the Grain Free Clusters for my two labs. They loved it, gobbled it right up. The quality of the ingredients seems really good, which is important to me. Shipping was a bit slow though, took 7 days to reach me in California. I wish they had faster options, even if it cost a little more. The packaging was good, nothing was damaged.

Trying to decide between Honest Kitchen and Nom Nom. Anyone have experience with both and can tell me which one their dog liked better or was easier?

C Cleo P. 1 month ago

I tried Nom Nom first, but my dog wasn't super into it. Honest Kitchen's dehydrated food is way easier for me to store too, and he loves the taste.

My cat did better on Honest Kitchen. Nom Nom felt a bit more like human food prep, and I wanted something simpler.

Has anyone ever had to return something? What's the process like if my dog just doesn't like it?

R Renee H. 1 month ago

Yeah, returns were easy. My dog didn't like a specific flavor and they handled it without a fuss. Just contact their customer service.

I had to return a bag once and it was pretty straightforward. They have a money-back guarantee, so you should be good.

I'm in Los Angeles, how long does shipping usually take? My current pet food delivery is super slow.

B Brett 1 month ago

I'm in San Diego, and it usually gets to me within 3-5 business days. Pretty quick for pet stuff.

Mine arrived in about 4 days to NorCal last time. They're usually pretty good about getting it out fast.

Hey, thinking about trying Honest Kitchen for my golden retriever. He's a pretty picky eater. Anyone have luck with the dehydrated food for sensitive stomachs?

K Kate 2 months ago

Yeah, my dog is super finicky and has a sensitive tummy. The grain-free turkey dehydrated stuff worked wonders for him. He actually eats it all now.

Mine transitioned pretty easily, but I started with a small amount mixed with his old food for a week. That seems to be the trick for picky eaters.

Is there a trick to getting free shipping? I don't want to sign up for a subscription right away.

M Mia 1 month ago

Free shipping kicks in automatically if your order is over $49. No subscription needed for that.

Just hit $49 and it's free. That's what I always do, usually means getting two bags of food.

So, the clusters are basically like fancy kibble, right? Or are they totally different from traditional dry food?

E Emma 1 month ago

They're kinda like kibble, but much higher quality. My dog used to eat regular kibble and these are way less processed, you can actually see the ingredients.

6

T Todd F. 1 month ago

Yeah, they're roasted, not extruded like most kibble. So it's still dry, but closer to whole food.

Does anyone know if that 20% off for first-time buyers works on literally everything? Wanted to grab some of the goat milk and a bag of clusters.

J Josh Brooks 2 months ago

Yep, it worked on my whole first order, even the treats and supplements. Just make sure it's your first purchase from them.

R Ryan D. 1 month ago

Afaik, it applies to your entire first cart. Just put the code in at checkout.

Can I use my military discount AND the subscribe and save discount at the same time? Or is it one or the other?

I Ivy 1 month ago

Usually, only one promo code can be applied, but the subscribe and save discount is often automatic and stacks with a coupon. So you might be able to.

T Todd 1 month ago

I think the subscription discount gets applied first, then you can add a single code on top of that. That's how it worked for me with a different promotion.
